We recently got our puppy Kuma from a pet store and brought her to see Dr Leo for another check-up. I’m really glad we did. Dr Leo was very patient and checked everything carefully. He explained Kuma’s ears, eyes, knees, the food she is eating and even went through the medications/products the pet store had recommended to us. During the check-up, Dr Leo also found that Kuma may have a risk of patellar luxation (kneecap issue), which we weren’t told about from the vet check provided through the pet store. So I would definitely recommend new puppy owners to bring their puppy to their own vet for another check, even if the pet store already provides one. I also really appreciate that Dr Leo is very honest. There were some medications/products recommended by the pet store and he told us honestly that Kuma didn’t actually need them, instead of just asking us to keep buying or using everything. As a new dog owner I have so many questions 😂 but Dr Leo took his time to explain everything to us and never made us feel rushed. I feel like I can really trust Dr Leo and I feel very comfortable having Kuma looked after by him in the future. 🐶❤️ Highly recommend!

Plus One Vet are simply the best in taking care of your sick pet. Dr Leo in particular took awesome care when our dog needed surgery. We had a great experience at Plus One Vet with Dr. Leo. Alfred had his dewclaw surgery and neuter here, and although he developed a post-operative complication, Dr. Leo was incredibly caring and responsive. He replied to our messages late at night, explained everything clearly, and even offered to come back to the clinic after hours to check on Alfred. We also loved the thoughtful update they sent after surgery from Alfred’s point of view—it really put a smile on our faces during a stressful day. We truly appreciate the excellent care and highly recommend Plus One Vet. Thank you for treating Alfred with so much care and compassion.
