Hi, my name is Rata, and I am a Customer Care Representative with a background in Psychology and Business, majoring in Human Resources. I have gained years of experience in both hospitality and customer service, which has helped shape my professional, patient, and client-focused approach. My passion for animals eventually led me into the pet grooming industry, where I’ve been able to combine my skills with the work I love.
I am fluent in both Mandarin and English, and outside of work I’m a proud fur sister to my two little brothers, Teddy and Buddy. I’m dedicated to creating welcoming, positive experiences for every pet and owner who walks through our doors, and I am delighted to be part of the team.
