Shirley, originally from the UK, with a Hispanic and Italian background, graduated with a bachelor of Veterinary Technology and has been working in the industry for just over one year, though her demonstrated passion for the care and welfare of animals dates back over a decade, with wide-ranging experience as a volunteer in wildlife rescue facilities in the UK, Costa Rica, Thailand and Australia. Having worked with a huge variety of different species, she is passionate about all of our furry/feathery/scaly friends and takes great pride and care in attending to the needs of the various animal patients in our care, while also ensuring the pet owners get all the information they need. Shirley is an avid bird lover and has a little feathery sidekick of her own.
